Wing Keeper provides full access to all features, including flight logging, unlimited aircraft, FlightAware sync, IRS classification, FAA currency tracking, tax reports, CSV exports, AI-powered flight summaries, expense and revenue tracking, and profit & loss reports.
Features and access levels are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes.
You retain full ownership of all flight data, aircraft information, financial records, and other content you enter into the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant Wing Keeper a limited license to process, store, and display your User Content as necessary to provide the Service.
If you use AI-powered features (Pro tier), portions of your flight data and financial information may be processed by our AI systems to generate summaries, insights, and recommendations. This processing is performed solely to deliver the requested AI features.
You may export your data at any time using the Service's CSV export and backup features.
Wing Keeper integrates with FlightAware to provide automatic flight data import. Please note:

Wing Keeper is a record-keeping and management tool. It is not a substitute for proper flight planning, preflight preparation, or regulatory compliance. Specifically:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wing Keeper and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
In no event shall Wing Keeper's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Wing Keeper reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting updated Terms within the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Wing Keeper may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We recommend exporting your data before terminating your account. Wing Keeper may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
